Wow! Have I got a great muffin for you guys today. Since first finding and tweaking to our tastes I've made these with pork sausage (in nice recognizable chunks) and finely minced ham. They're great fresh out of the oven but what's truly fantastic is that they freeze and re-heat better (80 seconds in my microwave) than any I've tried so far and with school around the corner I'm looking for good stuff to put in the freezer for Carly. First year of high scool for her, my, how she's grown!
...they stand alone well with a glass of juice...
...but are a wonderfull addition to a full breakfast of bacon n eggs...
